This website was originally was created as my online portfolio where I could show some of my creatives in my long-standing career in Marketing.
Since the inception of Pagemaker – the precursor to InDesign – I’ve been creating and designing using desktop publishing software. In fact, I cut my teeth on Ventura Publisher (NOT Microsoft’s “Publisher”). And before Photoshop was even a twinkle, I was designing in Corel Draw.
I have created numerous publications for my companies and have been responsible for the custom publication 100% in-house as well as copywriting, editing, content repurposing, managing content and design.
One thing you’ll notice is throughout the decades, diversity has always been represented in my creative works. It is one of my core beliefs to respect people of all cultures, and it’s more than just a current social movement to me.
I continue to use InDesign and Photoshop, but I love Canva for ease of use, cost, stock photography, fonts, and design ideas. Now let’s see how AI enters the field… in an ethical and responsible manner.
